Sutton Foster won the Tony Award for best actress for her performance in Anything Goes. Star Search, at the 15th birthday, was her first time that she was on television. Since then, she has been on Bunheads and Psych. Solo artist Sutton has performed across the country. Sutton has performed all over the US and internationally, as well as together with their musical director Michael Rafter... with songs from her debut solo album "Wish" as well as the follow-up CD "An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Cafe Carlyle." The singer has appeared on stage at Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub and many others. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in the year 2011 at Ball State University, where she is also a faculty member and advisor to the Department of Theatre and Dance. She is a part of the TV show "Younger" produced by Darren Star, since March 2015.
